About Me:
Kevin joined the @properties team in 2008 after working with a smaller local brokerage. Before starting his career in real estate, and after attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Kevin was a partner in operations for a national restaurant company. Kevin’s business experience and military experience developed his strong communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills. Kevin uses these skills to create a plan of action for all of his clients: both buyers and sellers.

Kevin holds several designations that show his commitment to further his education and knowledge to provide the best and most up-to-date information to his clients. He holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, the Accredited Distressed Property Representative (ADPR) designation, the Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designation, the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, and the GREEN designation. Each of these designations was earned through coursework as well as demonstrated professional experience in each of their respective subjects.

Having lived in Chicago neighborhoods such as the Gold Coast, Little Italy, Lakeview, and Uptown, Kevin is intimately familiar with the city. He is well equipped to guide his clients through both the buying and selling process in all neighborhoods of Chicago. Kevin hails from Orland Park giving him the expertise to assist clients in the southwest suburbs as well.

Kevin’s success in the real estate industry comes from his outgoing personality, his appreciation for customer service, and his keen negotiating skills.
